Control Panel & Start Menu.

1. Add a new property

Get started by adding properties to your real estate portfolio.
To do so, click the "Add a new property" link in the main menu screen it is on the top "Vaig" color square, under the welcome text.

2. Add a new Lead

If any of your properties have existing leases the next step is to assign a lease to the property. Click the "Add a Lease" link under the Configure Your Portfolio section on the right.

3. Properties

The green square in the middle of the menu form, indicates the data on your real estate portofolio. With the following information:

    The blue square in the middle of the menu form, indicates the data of the leads related to your portofolio. With the following information:

    • 5. Upgrade to Premium Account

    If you have a basic account with us, there will be a link enable in the center of the Start Menu, so you can upgrade your account by clicking on the text-link and then paying through PayPal.

    6. Add FronteraLeads to my account

    If you have new leads on your account that are pending to be contacted, you can add FronteraLeads to your account with just one click, you can see one or all the prospects information.

    Properties.

    This section from the left menu under the text "Properties", here you will find all the information regarding your real estate listing, the public and private properties that are available on the Internet. The section consists of 2 text links:

    Add Properties

    This link will redirect you to a form where you can add a new real estate to your web listing, descrbing the properties details, upload photographs and a short description in English and Spanish.

    Manage Properties

    This section lists all your listings properties that are shown on your personal website and the FronteraEstates portal, you can also view the real estate that you list privately for yourself which you are in charge off renting or selling

    Here you will find all the information related to each property and you can modify or delete any data that you see. All these actions are done through the Internet so you can have access to your portofolio from anywhere.

    Leads.

    This section from the left menu under the text "Leads", here you will find all the information sent by visitors to your real estate listing marketing campaign, you can also add current leads that you have already. The section consists of 2 text links:

    Add Leads

    This link will send you to a form where you can capture all the information from your current leads and prospects which where not generated by our system. This way you can describe them with more detail.

    Manage Leads

    We developed this section so you can manage all the information of your prospects and leads which have requested information about a property for sell or rent from your personal web page or from the FronteraEstates site.

    You will be able to change all the data from your leads so you can have more information when you contact them and save the data gathered through our the real estate transaction on a centralized system.
